Recording Secretary 1)
Record detailed minutes of the proceedings of the Chapter meetings and
Executive Board meetings
2) Assist the President in transmitting
documents
3) In the absence of the Corresponding
Secretary, if appointed by the President, then assist the Executive
Board with any correspondence and mailings
4) Along with the president, create the agenda for the meetings and
Executive Board meetings.
